Thanks Gary — that’s validates the thought that if some want to be a ‘manager’ of something/somewhere, working entry level and developing the interpersonal and execution skills necessary to be a better manager than you have is way more valuable than going to school for ‘management’. Like you say, it’s just patience and for some, the decision is do you want to pay to learn? or get paid to learn?
