The Run and what it does for me!
At first, I thought running was all about sports and just exercise, but it’s more than that…
For me, running is about identifying what’s stronger, whether good/evil, should/shouldn’t, why/why not?
Running has now become a form of meditation, escape or even a break from everything going on in and around me and for that :30–1:00 (maybe even more) the only thing that matters is not how far I went, but not finishing until I’m better than I was when I started.
So if you are in a rut or feel like you hit the wall, go for a run. 10min or 10mi, doesn’t matter. Focus on anything in your life that needs a positive impact. You may not finish with having a perfect solution, but you will finish knowing that all things are possible with the right mindset and all it takes is the time to acknowledge it!
