65° outside, got up and in 4miles… didn’t get a chance to lift or anything today, but heading to work looking to finish the day w/ at least 800 calories burned
Finishing the month w/ 57miles, last year I hit a slump in August and September that I couldn’t recover from until December, so the next month will be huge!
So I’ve built the consistency w/ Running this last month, time for mixing in lifting and maybe some HIIT.
The intent is to feel a change when my family and I trip to Mexico the first week of October.
I’m currently around 180, w/ some flab — - let’s see how this goes
