Absolutely amazing piece.

A year deep in the tech industry, I’ve seen more than enough social isolation, bravado, and the same lack of emotional vulnerability you described. This industry is overdue for disruption by people like us: People who chose transparency and honesty in hard times, and have the courage to say “I really fucked up” and then continue trying.

It’s encouraging to know there are tech entrepreneurs out there that are thinking the same way.
