Great process but I’m concerned about the ethics of this. Is this work for the company you were interviewing for? If so, this is big red flag and quite unethical. No one should be doing work for free for any company and doing so opens the door to more companies thinking its okay to take advantage of potential hires. There are plenty of design challenges that reveal how someone thinks without getting free creative/intellectual work without paying for it.
