I do like this as a follow up question! Somewhat similar question that I have asked to what you have is:
“If you had a magic wand, what would your solution look like?”
The issue I have with the three wishes or magic wand questions though is it may just give the solution they’re looking, and doesn’t identify the problem that lies underneath.
However, if you use it with the biggest challenges questions, then you can identify those pain points, you can see the solution that they are thinking of, and how to bridge that gap in between.
There’s a quote from the author Neil Gaiman that I really like:
“Remember: when people tell you something’s wrong or doesn’t work for them, they are almost always right. When they tell you exactly what they think is wrong and how to fix it, they are almost always wrong.”
