13 Small mood boosters when you’re tired of the daily grind

Is it the weather, the environment where I live, the company I’m in, hormones?

I don’t know.

You know that feeling of sudden overwhelm.

Nothing fun today, nothing fun in sight tomorrow.

It’s frustrating, to put it mildly.

Life’s like that sometimes — damp, uncomfortable, and just downright irritating.

I know I’m not the only one, but that doesn’t really cheer me up in those moments.

But when you’re in this mood, you’ve got to get yourself out of it.

If there’s somebody around who can help you with that, great.

If not, it’s a DIY job.

Making a checklist can help to start rationalizing things.

Perhaps some common sense will catapult you out of this downer.

Mine would look something like this:

· Are my heartstrings being pulled? — Nope

(perhaps a little but that’s Spotify and Teddy Swings’ fold. His voice and his song ‘You Still Get To Me’ opened some wounds I thought were completely healed. I guess it’s just nostalgia — I switch to Teddy’s other song ‘(When I Showed You)The
