By 2022 everyone will need as extra 101 days of learning. The table below shows how managing work, projects, life, relationships, health, even the skills addressed to your career path are vital.

“Human” skills such as creativity, originality and initiative, critical thinking, persuasion and negotiation will likewise retain or increase their value, as will attention to detail, resilience, flexibility and complex problem-solving.

By 2022 this average is expected to have shifted to 58% task hours performed by humans, and 42% by machines or algorithms.

Also that means we are also dealing with increased human longevity which is creating new challenges of living and working that will require greater flexibility than ever before. Employees need the ability to go in and out of the traditional employee lifecycle, moving from the usual part-time and full-time arrangements to more fluid ones that allow them the flexibility of committing more sporadically while also making time for family, reskilling, the pursuit of a purpose or personal passion, and so on.

My previous article ‘I will be an empath. Learning to learn” is about the future professions 2050 and more on particular skill on Cognitive flexibility, that allows us to be compatible in the workplace.

Since 2022 is just around the corner the WEF puts its analysis and draws attention again on active learning and learning strategies. This is number two (2!).

I will repeat again we (will) all need to become lifelong learners.

There are lots of solutions how to do it, however, I have set up the short online practical course on how to be productive and be in peace.

This is what happens during this course:

Learning to Learn is about developing the ability to

  • “Resilience: ‘being ready, willing and able to lock on to learning’. Being able to stick with difficulty and cope with feelings such as fear and frustration.
  • Resourcefulness: ‘being ready, willing and able to learn in different ways’. Having a variety of learning strategies and knowing when to use them.
  • Reflection: ‘being ready, willing and able to become more strategic about learning’. Getting to know our own strengths and weaknesses.
  • Relationships or Reciprocity: ‘being ready, willing and able to learn alone and with others’.”

Consider options, searches and matches. This online workshop about it — short and easily digestible: learning to learn how to be productive and get in peace.
