Today was the first time I ever placed my butt on the saddle of a bike.

I decided to be a proper tourist today, as I booked a one-day guided bike tour in Copenhagen. I was super excited for the day, since I’ve never used a bike before.

I was greeted by our friendly guide, Morten, who I have to say was super indulgent and patient with me and my bicycling skills. He took me through the City of Copenhagen in about 4 hours, and guided me through the history of all the sightseeing. All-in-all a great day, and it was really fun to try riding a bike even though it could be a bit stressful at times in such a busy city as Copenhagen.

Pit-stop in one of the many green parks in Copenhagen. Lovely atmosphere.

Great day needs great food

To end a successful tourist-day, I decided to go to the Paper Island in Christianshavn. It’s a really nice place, where you can grab a lot of different and tasty street food combinations.
I ate a duck burger from one of the food stalls, while enjoying the sunset at the harbor outside.
