I hear you Betta. Back supports — including Dr. Ho’s are not really comfortable and definitely not nice under light clothes. When I use it, I wear large tee shirts to hide it. the biggest discomfort is when it is 40 C and I sweat nastily with it on.

The difference with ordinary supports and Dr. Ho’s thing is that it has air pockets which you pump up for 15 minutes periods. These air pockets have the effect of stretching your back. It really feels good and it was very helpful in reducing the low back pain.

I too wear a girdle, well actually a latex waist trainer while working in the client gardens and it works well for what I have happening at the moment. It also forces me to remember to sit and stand up straight.;-)
