Absolutely brilliant Dan!

As social scientists and libertarians, it is obvious we must always have in mind the implications of the knowledge problem, including concerning the so-called “regalian activities”.

It seems clear to me, for example, that today, the failure of the war on terror comes mostly from the inability governments have to exchange knowledge between their own different agencies.
