If cops are breaking laws then prosecute them, micro managing local police forces should never be a function of the Federal Government.

If there was any actual evidence to support the claims made then we would have seen hundreds of criminal charges for civil rights violations by the DOJ, but instead we saw nothing at all, to the best of my knowledge not a single case made by the DOJ so clearly the claims do not match the facts.

I do not want any cop to break the civil rights of citizens, so prosecute them, make examples of them, cops will fall into line if they see fellow officers go down. but at the same time if there is zero evidence of wrongdoing, then get off their backs.
