No matter where you stand on unrestricted resettling of refugees, the only logical stand it to oppose it, and here is why:

At some point the fighting will end. On that day, these Nations will need their citizens to help rebuilt and offer these areas a future. Most of the refugees are the smartest and most capable at rebuilding but now they have moved far away and starting new lives, it is unlikely they will ever return.

So when the fighting is over, and there are no citizens to help rebuild, these Countries will be driven into permanent poverty and depression, these Countries will be stuck without any hope of ever returning to prosperity.

By allowing refugees to resettle, we are condemning these Nations to Hell.
