It’s easy at times like these to feel truly hopeless, when your most basic right to control if, when, and how to have kids is under siege.

So does the decision to have high risk sexual encounters enter into this issue at all for Democrats?

I am all for keeping birth control inexpensive, the most common forms of hormonal birth control only cost $26 at Wal-Mart without any kind of insurance. I do not believe it should be “free” though, many Americans such as Diabetics have to cover a massive cost for their needs just to stay alive, we do not give them everything for free and their needs are life/death.

But I also believe we need to include behaviors in the debate, without high risk sexual encounters, there are no unwanted babies needing to be aborted. Behavior certainly plays a part in the larger issue.
