Louis, the problem with your example is that wife and kids would NOT have to leave Florida and go back to Chicago. See the difference there? It’s a biggie. And you’ve made a grave logical mistake.

So if you take away all the new things purchased with the stolen money, the home, car, etc where do they go? My point is that they would most likely have to lean on family left behind in Chicago to take care of them.

You are showing your desperation to dodge the valid points made by attempting to nitpick an irrelevant detail. Wherever they end up, it will not be in that new life stolen by criminal acts is the point, how about you address that?
