You dodged the point, yes not having children ever in life does remove complications of child birth, but outside of never getting pregnant, new medical advancements have made complications that used to be life threatening, less so, even all but eradicating them in fact.

For example, the old rule of thumb was if a woman had a C section in her past, then all new pregnancies were just automatically scheduled for C sections. today they very successfully let women have natural birth because we know more now and can better handle any complications that “may” show up. This knowledge has drastically reduced the number of C sections performed in America.
