The Salvation Army and The Salvation Army Bell Shelter have been sued in Los Angeles Superior Court by a Disabled, Honorably discharged United States Marine Corps Veteran and Care Leaver (former foster child) for Fraud, Wrongful Eviction, Discrimination and Harassment. All private and federal agencies should discontinue funding them immediately.

Open letter to HUD, Veterans Administration and other funding and licensing agencies:

Please discontinue all funding and all renewal of licenses for all The Salvation Army franchises and The Salvation Army Bell Shelter
until a Senate Committee hearing is held about the Salvation Army like the one they had in Australia when The Salvation Army Staff murdered client Mr. Barati.

As of May 2, 2016 the Salvation Army and The Salvation Army Bell Shelter have been sued for crimes which include but are not limited ro: fraudulently filling out the Homeless Veteran Reintegration Program (HVRP) and Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) Paperwork, having inhumanely unsanitary facilities, sexual harassment, discrimination and wrongful evictions of people who paid them monthly fees (rent).

The name of the plaintiff, who was sexually victimized by The Salvation Army, is redacted.
