Your mental health should always be your priority. Remember that everything starts in the conscious mind and lasts in the subconscious. Healing begins internally, in our minds, not externally in the world around us. So, before seeking external influences, focus on healing yourself mentally.

Beware of falling victim to the financial, social, political, economic, and medical associations’ surveys, experiments, research, and studies. These entities function as businesses first, and their primary goal is profit. This includes medical schools and doctors who might lead you towards medication and medical care that might not be necessary.

Nourish your body with real foods, fresh produce, and fruits, rather than processed foods. Remember, the key to physical health is not found at the pharmacy but in the kitchen, in the foods we consume.

As seniors, you are valuable members of society, bringing wisdom and experience to our communities. However, it is also true that seniors often fall victim to scams, be it phone scams, door knocks, insurance companies, or financial investors. Stay vigilant, stay informed, and never stop learning.

Exercise is another crucial aspect of maintaining optimal health. Incorporate some form of physical activity into your daily routine. This will not just benefit your body, but also your mind, keeping you sharp and agile.

Remember, the body and mind you have been given are yours. It is your responsibility to maintain them.
