Love… is it a myth

In this fast forward world, wher people make plans which change every minute. It makes me wonder is there time for love ???

In olden days love was special.. Memorable and life changing.. I remmeber how my parents, friends and colleagues. Emphasis on their first love… and a life changing person in there life…

I hardly hear any of such talks frm teenagers and IT professional now days… its more about sex, lust and greed… not love, companionship and care.

This got me wondering… will the kids and youngsters of our generation turn into money making selfish robots. Who only care about themselves, there career and life…

Long time friends, long time relationship, is never a possibility now.. I don see relationship lasting for more then one year and friendship for more then 3–4 years…

I don see people in touch with there school friends on a regular basis. Your colleagues are your only friends which is made with no choice…

Are we too lazy for love.. In Terms of a partner or in terms of friends.. Or is it a myth which has no value or is mistaken to lust.

People fall in love on and off.. It’s has more to do with sex and attraction.. If that is not compatible. The love and specialness is immediately out of the window… how do u expect them to find the true essence of love if there concept of love is screwed up..

Movies are a highly influential way to reach the mass audiences and they potray couples as picture perfect at the end. They only stress on getting to the “ they live happily ever after” and everyone expects the same to continue for the rest of there life. But still the true essence of love is not highlighted…

I really wonder what’s the new concept of love in youngsters minds.. With lust relationship, friends with benefits and high independence.. I believe this generation is missing out on things which are for keeps till the end..

Next time u see a young couple. If they last beyond 1 year and still happy. Then i guess there is a ray of home and LOVE is not a myth anymore and fines of romantic candle lights and dancing and long walks and long drives will be back in action… ;-)
