I love your idea of doing monthly resolutions! I had two full pages of resolutions for 2015 and I somehow ended up only making 1 or 2. :(
For 2016, I started to prioritize my resolutions and focused on the most valuable ones, which worked out quite well.
For 2017, I have some difficult challenges in plate and feel a bit disorganized overall. I’m going to try out your monthly resolutions format.
