Yes!! Nowadays we use “Tech-savvy” or “Non-tech-savvy” as a way to interpret why users interact with products differently. If they get frustrated/confused about a design, we shouldn’t just comfort ourselves and label them as “Non-tech savvy” ones. Instead, we should and we can design it better.

It’s not an easy task for designers to take in, but I hope I’ll become a better designer by doing so.
