What Happens if you eat Buckwheat Every Day?

Photo by Kostiantyn Li on Unsplash

Buckwheat is gluten-free so it should not be a problem for most people. It is relatively healthy with moderate amounts of 5 vitamins and minerals (B1, B2, B3, B5, and B6) as well as several other nutrients. The sprouted buckwheat flour can have a laxative effect if consumed in large amounts due to its high fiber content so consult your doctor before eating it every day.
