I giggled. You are absolutely correct. It really bothers me to see appropriation & then get kudos for it. I’ve tried explaining appropriation & the Trumpiness comes out.

If you are going to use something that someone else created you use footnotes & give proper documentation for the original creator.

I’m not sure how these copy cats can look into their souls & see what they are doing.
