A Quick Idea for a Light Meal

It is hot, and the wildfires are close. We have no appetites, but we need to eat. Our town is a food desert with one overpriced, okay grocery store and a Dollar General, of course.

Since no one feels like eating, I made the following for lunch/dinner.

‘Big Salads’

  • Bag of Lettuce, Caesar Dressing, and Croutons
  • Bag of ‘Washed Cauliflower, Broccoli and Carrots (Raw)
  • Hard-Boiled Eggs- 2 each
  • Peeled, Deveined Shrimp — Sautéed in Olive Oil

That was our dinner… light, fast, and low calorie.

In May 2024, I was two gummi bears tall and wide. I am working every day to de-gummi myself.
