Ode To The Black Queen.

No one will ever understand her

Unless you creep inside and see her design

Beneath everyone that comes from her

She lifts her voice and intimidation fills the room

Yet she continues to sing that sweet melody, chocolate skin, gold mind in her prime

She lies in her bed of cries

Internally confused, externally misunderstood

Black Queen

Your soul is a river, free flowing and going

Your mind is the strongest tool, your voice is the greatest weapon

Your pain is a tidal wave that crashes with your peace

Your soul keeps pouring into those that don’t deserve a sample of your gold

Recognize your heart, embrace your truth, understand your importance

With class denote their biases and erase their judgment

Your beauty aside your extensive lexicon perplexes their intelligence of what they seen and heard of you

There is no one like you

So you must stay true

You have the power to blow them away but not leave them astray

Own your enlightenment and guide them with your light.
