Thank for the reminder on keystone habits (read that book and forgot!) and good call out on journaling being one of those keystone habits.
A few random questions: 1. When you collect a lot of completed journals, do you toss any of them out? 2. What do you think of Julia Cameron’s morning pages where you write out 3 pages every morning of any possible thought you have without judgment to bring about clarity, dump emotions and become a better writer? 3. do you think talking to a camera to get your thoughts out is just as effective as journaling?
