I’m Steven Lowe and This is How I work

Location: Duluth, Minnesota

Current Gig: Undergraduate at Labovitz School of Business and part-time associate at Sam’s Club

One word to describe how I work: Efficiently

What apps/software/tools can’t I live without?

Imessage, Canvas, Instagram, and Spotify

These few programs/applications help me complete my work efficiently and keep in touch with friends

Whats my best time saving shortcut/life hack?

I am always looking for something to do, rarely will I be sitting around doing nothing if I have the opportunity to be doing something productive. This helps me stay on top of my work but still have free time to enjoy activities.

What everyday things am I better at?

I can make quick sense of data in front of me and understand any implications that may result from the data.

What do I listen to while work?

I enjoy listening to a wide variety of music while I work. It typically varies from classic rock such as The Beatles or Rolling Stones to more current, up to date artists.

Whats the best advice I’ve ever received?

“Reflection on the past, leads to action in the future.”

This quote stuck with me because you can always learn a little bit more about yourself by analyzing past events/experiences. Although dwelling on the past too much can still be dangerous

Where do I find inspiration and new ideas?

Typically I find inspiration and new ideas by introducing my problems to someone else, either a friend or relative. We bounce ideas off one another and can better work through the specific problem through new innovations.
