When Should We Ignore Criticism?

This reminds me of the many lessons in the book “Thanks for the Feedback: The Science and Art of Receiving Feedback Well”. It’s changed what I ask for (appreciation, coaching, evaluation) and how I give feedback to others.

And absolutely no thanks on criticism that isn’t helpful. Glad that you were able to see it for what it was and didn’t let it take root.
