Have you ever considered that it’s your childhood environment (and having academically minded caregivers) that gave you an enormous advantage in computation sciences?

My daughter, at age 2, named her fish Isosceles. Is she genetically disposed to engineering because both her parents are engineers? No, it’s just that her parents taught her more about shapes than what’s normally taught to toddlers. I will teach her to be aware of her privilege.
