I honestly don’t have much sympathy for the Fine Brothers; the backlash that they experienced was fueled mostly by their previous actions on youtube, etc. Yes, there probably a small percentage of the haters who based their feelings in part on anti-Semitic thoughts, but the vast majority of comments, posts, etc. that I have seen involving the whole “react” fiasco don’t really fall into that camp. People base their expectations of future events or practices on previous experiences. Since the previous actions of the Fine Brothers were admittedly less than ideal, I don’t see how they can expect people to automatically give them the benefit of the doubt when they start traveling down a similar path. Just a thought.
