For that, what I have to do now is…

  • Sleep before midnight & wake up at around 7 a.m.
  • Work out amap
  • Eat healthy : fruits and vegetables(smoothie), less processed foods amd animal products
  • Do my planned work at a planned time (keep my own promise)
  • Be positive and brave
  • Always be myself
