I have been using social media for a long time. This adventure has begun for me with using Facebook in 2008. In those days, I had not thought that this platform is able to change the world as from society and politics side in the future.
When you thinking about which aren’t much the number of users of social media and mobile devices in 2008 than now, social media contents did not much as today so people’s want of using social media has not existed yet.

As of the year 2010, we can say that using social media ranked as increasingly. Especially widespread of the internet and mobile devices because of the time increased consumed in front of the screen
How can you prevent waste of the time?
You should do this;
1- What comes to your device, you can accumulate all of those notifications and you can response your notification in the specific time of your day; morning, afternoon and evening ( Only should response urgent notification)
2- In the daytime, you should pay attention to not use social media for more than 2 hours.
3- The remaining time from using social media, you can do sport and reading a book so that will help you stay healthy.
Conclusion;
