I personally, see less value in DVDs than in CDs.

At least with your CDs, you still have a much higher quality version of the album than what you’re able to stream on the popular streaming services (Apple Music, Spotify, Google Music etc.)

DVDs are 480p, a much lower resolution format than today’s standard streaming and hard-disc format of 1080p (soon to be replaced by 4K).
