Sounds familiar? You are not alone. The Brand Book is finally ready, the company has spent quite some money and time on the project, the Launch presentation took place. And now, how do you get on board the rest of the team? A lot has been written on the subject, I will share my personal experience after helping a few companies shaping their mission, vision and values and building the pillars of a uniform, consistently accepted culture. I will use “values” in a broad meaning which also includes the corporate Vision and Mission and focus on 2 aspects by answering the following questions:
