There can be substantial differences between the talk and the walk when it comes to implementing your corporate values in real life.

The Talk: “I understand it is important to express our values, I want the entire company to live and breathe them.”

And now, how do you get on board the rest of the team? A lot has been written on the subject, I will share my personal experience after helping a few companies shaping their mission, vision and values and building the pillars of a uniform, consistently accepted culture.
