“Find Time to Pause your Worries”
To better explain this concept, I’ll tell you a short story.
The glass of water
A professor from the faculty of psychology enters a crowded classroom for his usual Tuesday lecture, holding a glass of water.
The professor goes around the desks until, at a certain point, he stops and asks a question to his students:
“How much do you think this glass of water weighs?”
The students, a bit displaced by this question, risk some answers, the most frequent, reports a weight between 200 and 300 grams.
After waiting for all the students to answer, the professor finally reveals his point of view on that seemingly trivial question.
