Membership, User perspective

A collective (your Incubator, Accelerator, Angel Group, VC Etc) can run their membership dues through the Sparkxyz system.

If you are invited to become a paying member, you will receive an invite under the My Network Tab in the top navigation (the two people icon) and an email requesting that you pay the invoice.

When you click complete sign up, the system will walk you through the steps to fill out your information to either complete the payment now or when your renewal is next.

Now

Future

If your renewal is set to a future date such as a month from now, you will not be charged until that date

Updating information

You will find all information under your settings tab (access to upcoming payments, cancellations, prior invoices, etc.)

Receipts and Invoices

All receipts and invoices are emailed to a user once completed or can be access under the users settings page
