Today is my last day at Lattice as a full-time employee. I can’t tell how thankful I’m to Alex, Jared, and Jack for this journey. 4 incredible years.

I remember like it was yesterday, our first *Skype*, yes Skype call. Me from Bordeaux speaking with skilled and, most importantly, great humans in San Francisco. No remote thing at that time, so that was really exceptional for Le* young me πŸ‘΄

I was able to be part of a crazy talented team and:

  • experience how to scale from startup to unicorn
  • work with people I admire, in various roles, from design to sales
  • practice my English during all-hands presentations
  • be able to share my personal story with the company
  • be a vendor at our company swag store
  • design billboards that poke fun at crypto, NYC subway campaigns
  • design a real-life conference and a virtual one
  • countless funny Doodles
  • learn 3D and photography
  • while in health uncertainty, be supported by Alex, Jared, and team πŸ™βˆž
  • help teammates to learn a new skill and also learn from them
  • design the most used Lattice’s Slack emoji (bragging)
  • teach some french and learn french from US teammates
  • design a *printed* book cover
  • connect with amazing people from around the world with various backgrounds
  • drink tons of La Croix
  • design our famous mascot, used every day internally, that Jack loves intensively πŸ™ƒ
  • keep working with my work-soulmate, Damien, it’s been 12 years
  • and many more good memories πŸ’›

A few names I want to thank for this journey, from Lattice and extended connections, in no specific order:
Erin, Annette, Rory, Chase, Coleen, Grace, Andy, Derek, Christine, Julian, Eric, Calais, J Zac, Christina, Dini, Yann, Emily, Damien, Jamie, Lakshmi, Diana, Danielle, Jeremiah, Ryan, Minyoung, Amy, Elliot, Jacob, Cattice, Elise, Kevin, Victor, Meg(s), Jared, Alex, Jack, Emily(s), Joan, Josh, Charlie, Audrey, Claire, Fritz, Tovin.

And all my friends and family for the support.

I probably forget some names that I will update πŸ˜…

While I’ll keep working on some big projects at Lattice, I’m super excited to share next week what’s next for me, keep an eye on Twitter πŸ‘€

Merci! πŸ’›

*Le: not a typo, a little French inside joke at Lattice πŸ€—
