I am a polymorphic Ruby developer with around 15 years of experience with Ruby on Rails, complemented by five years as a Product Owner and around five years as an Engineering Manager. Add to that around ten years of passing on knowledge, mainly through technical workshops or mentoring. If the numbers don't add up, some of these roles happened simultaneously. I am a self-starter who knows how to take over a complex codebase and pull in resources to get up to speed. I can take an idea to production. I juggle various concepts, from pitching ideas, customer interviews, design thinking, and prototyping to going into Rails source code to understand how things work.
