Last days of silence

On the past week I had to deal with an unsettling inflamation of my tonsils. I was unable to sleep properly due to it. I woke up in the middle of the night having difficulty to breath and with my neck hurting a lot. I was even unable to speak a lot since the effort demanded for it would undoubtedly lead to great pain.

I started taking medicines and it now appears to be slowing getting better. At least I am already able to sleep better. I am still trying not to speak much during the day although there has been an improvement in that aspect as well. Hopefully after one more week I’ll be fully recovered.

That was the reason for my silence here on the last days. I couldn’t focus well while enduring the pain. I reserved the past days for studying and reading some fiction. Now it is time to get back in the game and let the words flow from my mind to the world.
