Thanks Adam, this is a great read. I’m doing fasting since a couple of months. I basically skip the breakfast but get one or 2 coffees in the morning. Also, what would you recommend regarding sport ? I use to go to the gym in the early morning, should exercices be done in the “no food” window ?
