Whats a “regular fat”?
I know Saturated, Monounsaturated and Polyunsaturated(and Trans).
Polyunsaturated is vital and wherefore will be fully stored in your body(Sunflower oil, Canola oil and others) = bad. And on top of that it is not stable and will be converted to Trans fat under a sunlight = bad.
I guess is what’s you call regular?
