Step 1: Find us and sign up
You can find us on social media and several telegram groups (including our own of course — LUCKY.io). Alternatively, simply type www.lucky.io into your browser to get to our brand new platform. Once there, facing our favorite Brazilian left back, you should be able to see register in the right hand corner.
Step 2: Choose a username and password
Choose the name you want to go by to start your LUCKY.io journey. Remember to avoid special characters, such as explanation marks, currency signs or hashtags. Just stick to letters and numbers. These are not case sensitive, soYourName1 or simply YourName are both fine, but Your&Name would not work. The same goes for choosing your password. Just keep it simple.
Step 3: Complete the slider
Being human is a skill, so it’s only fair to ask if you are. one :).
The task here is to complete the last piece of the puzzle and get Roberto Carlos to score a goal.
If something’s wrong so far, you’ll end up getting an error on the bottom of the image describing the issue. Mostly, it would have to do with the username, so double check that it’s complies with what we mentioned earlier. If, however, you’re sure that you haven’t been using any special characters, check the following:
- The length of the username.
- The password is a combination of numbers and letters.
- The username has not been used by any other user.
Step 4: Enter your email
Once registered, you will automatically end up on your own profile. Here, you will be able to do various cool things, including getting your free LUCK token as a celebration for joining the community.
But let’s start from the top. In order to have a fully operational profile, you will have to verify your email by following these steps:
- On the left hand menu, choose account.
- The page will give you to options; a mobile numbers or the email. Enter your email and then hit save.
- You should receive a message, saying that the email has been sent. Be a little patient here.. It may take a couple of minutes.
Step 5: Get your verification code
Once the registration is complete and your email has been entered correctly, you should get a verification code. This should arrive into your inbox. If nothing has come through after couple of minutes, check your spam and trash folder.
This, unfortunately, happens with any new email server. It simply takes time to get verified as trusted source an the emails might end up as spam. Nevertheless, we only had a few errors on this kind and the vast majority of our users find the email right in their inbox.
