The Future of Lucky Kittens
On December 12th, 2021, 5888 Lucky Kittens were adopted. It’s been less than a month and it feels like our kittens are all grown up.
Fast forward to today, and most of us are wondering the same thing. Now what?
In a world where seconds feel like hours and days feel like years, we have to move quickly or get left behind.
We are officially announcing our first big project that will take us to the moon like we always dreamed of — Launch Kollective by Lucky Kittens.
Launch Kollective will be a launchpad for new projects in the NFT space, and we will initially be partnering with other local HK based projects before going international.
Now that begs the question, what does that have to do with Kittens?
As much as we’ll be focused on Launch Kollective and helping other projects grow so that the Solana NFT space can grow together, Lucky Kittens is still our top priority — and we want to reward our loyal Kommunity. Lucky Kittens holders will get access to OG/whitelist privileges, private allocations and giveaways to projects that we launch.
Now, why Launch Kollective?
There are many components to starting up a NFT project on Solana. Minting, website, candy machine, smart contracts, artwork, rarity distribution, marketing, moderating… the list goes on.
Lucky Kittens is our first project and we decided to do absolutely everything in-house, which taught us every aspect on how to create a smooth and successful mint (every mint sold out in <1 minute!).
In the last few weeks multiple projects have asked us to help and advise them- they have the artwork but need help with other elements of the NFT project. We realised that there is an opportunity for us to use what we learnt to help breakdown the barriers for people wanting to release NFT Projects, and so the Launch Kollective was born.
We will be launching NFT collections as well as unique NFTs in partnerships with brands and celebrities. Ultimately the success of Launch Kollective will be directly tied into the success of our token… which leads to our next point.
As we promised, we are officially announcing our token, which will be the official token of the Lucky Kittens and Launch Kollective ecosystem.
The token whitepaper and official tokenomics will be officially released soon, explaining how all the pieces of the puzzle fit together, as well as the utility of the Lucky Kittens we all know and love (as well as the Xmas airdrop!) and how they will fit into this ecosystem.
This is only the beginning. The Kittens are here to stay, and we’re here to take over.
