Where’d You Go, 2015?
Elizabeth Nelson

Really felt your voice wash over me in this piece Elizabeth. Just as I’ve seen in writing class at Catapult, you are incredibly demanding of yourself and your harshest critic. I am bowled over by all the life you lived in 2015. Maybe you were saving your gems to release when they were ready. Describing what life is like when someone is sick and after they have passed, how everything feels fragile and possible and vulnerable, really resonated with me. I was very moved by the passages about your sisters and hope to read more about your relationships with them. I hope your niece is doing well. I’m grateful to know you and your writing. Keep going, an audience is waiting. PS loved the flavor from your theater days, the lines, the blocking. See everything is composted!
