Totally agree having just exited the environment. Jeff himself said “a brand for a company is like a reputation for a person. You can earn reputation by trying to do hard things well.” – the irony is, Amazon as a brand and Amazon as a company are two contradictions. The brand is incredible, the company is pretty bloody tough. Enhance your company from within and enhance your brand from outside.
