
Both these cases purport to be about Russian interference with US governance. Yet, let us be clear, there is not a shred of solid evidence to charge any one person/team/system based on such claims. Why? Because the technology involved is not designed to catch out the end user; it is that simple. Rather, the technology involved is super advanced to protect anonymity; this means anyone can interfere with another state’s online business and NOT be tracked, if skilled enough to use the technology to do so.
