Paper’s death penalty in Spain
In case you can remember, some 40 years ago Roberta Flack used to perform a delicious song: ‘Killin’ me softly with his song’. In the present, Spanish media companies are ruling (like a death penalty) the ‘softly killing’ of his paper products. Is no mattering even if those products (in these days…) are puttin’ up like, say, 2/3dth in the gross income of the newspapers companies: and it is like this, even already with the carelessness of the companies, the vast majority of them in the verge of true bankrupcy&fallin’ short of any renewal ideas. It appears that the companies’ real target is the slow death of their products… and the wasting loss of that recalled 2/3dth of the income. Probably, as the years should pass by, the companies may think about regrets or replanning. I think, comin’ a few more years, they will not have that time to regret. They might not have any time. They might not have… any more money.
