Procedure to Open a New Account
To begin trading with Fidelity, you’ll need to open an account and provide your Social Security number. To do so, follow these steps
- From home page click on ‘New Customers’ (highlighted in red)
2. Then click ‘Open an Account’ under highlighted text (as shown in photo).
3. Now choose ‘I’m a New Customer’ as shown below and select Do not have one of our accounts?
4. Now fill out form completely and enter any associated promo code
5. Once form is filled out select Continue button(as shown below)
Step 1 — Enter Personal Details
On your FTX account login page, enter your personal details. This is just basic information such as name, date of birth and address. From here you will be taken to Step 2, which is where you can start trading.
Step 2 — Confirm E-mail Address
To confirm your e-mail address, you’ll need to click on a link that will be sent to your e-mail address. Clicking on it will take you back to our login page and prompt you for a new password.
Step 3 — Confirm Mobile Number
This is where you will confirm your mobile number to receive a text from FTX support. Simply type in your 10 digit mobile number and press SUBMIT. You will then receive a text from FTX Support with a 4 digit code for you to enter into Box 3 of Step 2.
Step 4 — Confirm Security Question/Answer
In order to set up your login credentials, you must first verify your email address. Simply check your email inbox for a message from ProTrader Help Desk and click on Confirm Security Question/Answer to proceed with setting up your new account. This process will only take a few minutes of your time and is completely safe and secure, as it is carried out over SSL-encrypted HTTPS protocol and securely logged on our servers.
Step 5 — Enter Payment Details
At any point during your registration process, you may be required to enter your billing details. Once you’ve entered these details, your information will be verified and you will receive a notice of approval or rejection. If we have questions about your registration, we will contact you directly using our online support system.
