Bought this book from Amazon (5 euros), and it just arrived today.

I’m quite exited to start to digging in on it, and discover how much this will be usefull and how much will I learn from it. I’m passionate about food and gastronomy in general, but Asian food makes me go crazy!

I also just found out that the author (Steven A. Shaw), has unfortunately, already passed away. But he had a huge impact on the food blog and food critic “world”.
