I work in an IT government department and we are planning to migrate all of our applications to react and redux for the client and java ee (because I am experience in java) for the backend or some node framework.

I am finished to build my first react redux app using a java ee rest service and mysql as database. Nevertheless I saw that our team will have to maintain applications in two different lenguajes (javascript and java).

So, I saw Apollo and I would like to know if it will work well for administrative software applications. We have some process that are transactional (inserts of type all or nothing), can you tell me your advice about? also I would like to know how Apollo is compared with other node frameworks like express or hapi.js for example,
